LEAD ENGINE ROOM TECHNICIAN

Job Description

1. Lead the preventive and corrective maintenance on all static equipment, and rotating equipment with focus on engines for export pump, generator, compressor and utility system to ensure the integrity as per maintenance procedures.
2. Perform the overhaul maintenance on all rotating equipment to ensure the integrity as per maintenance procedures.
3. Assess the preparation of pre and post shutdown task list to ensure smooth operation of the installation.
4. Lead trouble shooting of mechanical problem on all rotating equipment to ensure smooth operation of the installation.
5. Supervise and carry out maintenance programs through CMMS and update work performed and use the system in plan maintenance tasks and maintain records and logs.
6. Operate as part of an integrated team and undertake maintenance in order to minimise production disruptions
7. Assist other trades and disciplines as required within the limits and capabilities and experience to meet maintenance/operation requirements.
8. Perform in an emergency role as defined by the Company Emergency Response Plan / Procedure Manual
9. To undertake other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.

Job Requirement

1. A recognized educational certificate or industry obtained certificate or equivalent.
2. 10 years’ experience in engine room maintenance support activities in the oil and gas especially in FPSO/FSO facilities.
3. Has attended company’s basic offshore safety training course.

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Job Description

1. Performing the duties of Production Technician, working within a rotating roster system.

2. Responsible for the operation of the process system under the direction of Lead Production Technician and/or the Production Supervisor.

3. Troubleshoot equipment and process problems, and restore normal operating conditions to ensure continuous operations.

4. Assist Lead Production Technician as an operation liaison, co-ordinate the production, maintenance and project activities to ensure smooth implementation.

5. Monitor and report stock inventory of chemicals, materials and consumables for production requirement.

6. Ensure HSE and operational performance targets within area of responsibility are achieved.

7. Assist other trades and disciplines as required within the limits and capabilities and experience to meet maintenance/operation requirements.

8. To undertake other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.

Job Requirement

1. Hold a recognized educational certificate.

2. Have at least five (5) years’ related working experience in Floating Production Systems (FPSO/FSO) and/or Offshore Processing Platform.

4. Demonstrated competence in emergency response skills.
5. Demonstrated competence in operation of marine systems and off take tanker berthing.

LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

Job Description

1. Collect and analyze samples of crude oil, gas, produced water, and chemicals.
2. Perform laboratory tests including density, viscosity, salinity, BS&W (basic sediment & water), pH, and other production-related properties.
3. Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as gas chromatographs, spectrophotometers, and titration equipment.
4. Ensure all testing is conducted in accordance with safety standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
5. Maintain accurate records and prepare daily and monthly analytical reports.
6. Calibrate and verify laboratory instruments to ensure test accuracy.
7. Manage chemical inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of hazardous materials.
8. Collaborate with production, process, and HSE teams to support operational goals.
9. Troubleshoot test discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
10. Participate in audits, inspections, and emergency response drills as required.

Job Requirement

1. Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in a laboratory role, preferably offshore or in the oil & gas sector.
3. Solid understanding of petroleum chemistry and fluid analysis techniques.
4. Familiarity with offshore platform operations and safety protocols.
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote or offshore environment.
6. Proficient in the use of laboratory software and data logging systems.
7. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
8. Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET, H2S) are often required.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Job Description

1. Lead the implementation of the Company HSE-MS inclusive of effective management of PTW & MOC.
2. Lead and manage the Topside Facility day to day fundamental operations of producing/processing hydrocarbon to meet the approved daily target and nomination.
3. Assist in leading all simulated emergency drills and exercises by continuous evaluation of procedures and response to meet high standard of readiness from Emergency Response Team.
4. Lead the execution and control of integrated and simultaneous shutdown activities to ensure the identified activities are performed efficiently, safely and shutdown duration target is achieved.
5. Analyze, optimize and report the performance of operations to identify key failure/success to enable quick fix/improvement being performed and subsequently permanent solution/improvement being proposed for further assessment.
6. Providing first line reviews of installation change proposals.
7. Ensure relevant audits e.g. Permit to Work, etc are completed and timely implementation of the HSE and work plan.
8. Ensure team awareness of FPSO status by using log books, toolbox talks, handovers, etc.
9. Ensure appropriate training for all members of the production team is in accordance with Company management procedures.
10. To perform individual performance appraisals and assist in the development of appropriate competency training modules.
11. Perform emergency response role as defined in the Company Emergency Response Plan and installation station bill.

Job Requirement

1. Supervisory and leadership abilities in oil & gas production environment.
2. Over 10 years oil & gas facility experience in a range of production, technical and Supervisory roles.
3. Able to lead production related activities and simultaneous operations.
4. Experience of working within Safety Case and Emergency Response Team with at least minimum of 3 years’ experience.
5. Able to communicate with all level.

MEDIC / RADIO OPERATOR

Job Description

1. Provide primary medical care services in compliance to Company medical and health guidelines for personnel at offshore locations.

2. Provide medical emergency management in conformance to Company medical and health guidelines including resuscitation, stabilization and pre-hospital care in consultation with onshore support doctors if required to ensure casualties are adequately treated and complications avoided.

3. Provide primary health care services at offshore locations, including:
- Worksite hygiene inspection.
- Vector control.
- Control of communicable diseases.
- Potable water quality assurance.
- Food handling and catering assurance, to ensure the workplaces and environment are conducive.

4. Manage the operation of offshore clinic, where the duties include as follows:
- Inventories of drug, medical supplies and equipment.
- Clinical waste disposal.
- Maintenance and inspection of medical equipment and drugs.

5. Maintaining record of all personnel on board (POB) platform as to name, affiliation, title and locations at all the times.

6. HLO – Helicopter Landing Officer during helicopter operation.

7. Location timesheet administration & control.

8. To carry out general administration duties liaising closely with OIM and offshore supervisors.

9. To serve as offshore focal point for air and marine logistics.

10. To work closely with respective Supervisor on the monitoring of offshore HSE performance including maintaining and communicating accurate HSE Statistics and POB plan.

11. Monitoring all radio frequencies as required. Responds to radio and telephone calls, transmit relays messages to and between platforms, vessels, helicopter and any other station.

12. To perform general radio operator duties including helicopter and boat operations.

13. Monitoring radio frequency of air borne helicopters. Receives and dispatches personnel, mail and equipment on the platforms.

14. To undertake other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.

Job Requirement

1. Possess valid Medical Certificates/qualifications recognized by Ministry Of Health.

2. Possess valid Annual Practice Certificate recognize by Ministry Of Health.

3. Possession of Radio-communication Operator Certificate.
