1. Collect and analyze samples of crude oil, gas, produced water, and chemicals.
2. Perform laboratory tests including density, viscosity, salinity, BS&W (basic sediment & water), pH, and other production-related properties.
3. Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as gas chromatographs, spectrophotometers, and titration equipment.
4. Ensure all testing is conducted in accordance with safety standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
5. Maintain accurate records and prepare daily and monthly analytical reports.
6. Calibrate and verify laboratory instruments to ensure test accuracy.
7. Manage chemical inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of hazardous materials.
8. Collaborate with production, process, and HSE teams to support operational goals.
9. Troubleshoot test discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
10. Participate in audits, inspections, and emergency response drills as required.
