OPERATIONS ENGINEER

Job Description

• Operate and maintain all of the terminal facilities, systems and associated equipment as required to comply with applicable laws, legislations and classification requirements and to perform the work in accordance with the approved operating procedures, Client’s production programs, and EPOMS’ Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• The personnel is responsible to plan, operate and execute preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and planned shutdown on terminal facilities.

Job Requirement

- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience oil & gas facility
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Job Description

1. Lead the implementation of the Company HSE-MS inclusive of effective management of PTW & MOC.
2. Lead and manage the Topside Facility day to day fundamental operations of producing/processing hydrocarbon to meet the approved daily target and nomination.
3. Assist in leading all simulated emergency drills and exercises by continuous evaluation of procedures and response to meet high standard of readiness from Emergency Response Team.
4. Lead the execution and control of integrated and simultaneous shutdown activities to ensure the identified activities are performed efficiently, safely and shutdown duration target is achieved.
5. Analyze, optimize and report the performance of operations to identify key failure/success to enable quick fix/improvement being performed and subsequently permanent solution/improvement being proposed for further assessment.
6. Providing first line reviews of installation change proposals.
7. Ensure relevant audits e.g. Permit to Work, etc are completed and timely implementation of the HSE and work plan.
8. Ensure team awareness of FPSO status by using log books, toolbox talks, handovers, etc.
9. Ensure appropriate training for all members of the production team is in accordance with Company management procedures.
10. To perform individual performance appraisals and assist in the development of appropriate competency training modules.
11. Perform emergency response role as defined in the Company Emergency Response Plan and installation station bill.
12. To undertake other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.

Job Requirement

1. Supervisory and leadership abilities in oil & gas production environment.
2. Over 10 years oil & gas facility experience in a range of production, technical and Supervisory roles.
3. Able to lead production related activities and simultaneous operations.
4. Experience of working within Safety Case and Emergency Response Team with at least minimum of 3 years’ experience.
5. Able to communicate with all level.

MARINE TECHNICIAN

Job Description

1. Responsible as Lead Marine Technician’s assistant, with respect to the responsibility for the marine activities.
2. A team member of the Facility Emergency Response Team.
3. Participate in safety training drills, exercises and briefings.
4. Participate in the monthly Facility Safety Meetings.
5. Operate marine systems with minimal environmental impact and in compliance with legislation and the Management System.
6. Perform the activities of crude oil loading plans, including stability and stress/bending moment calculations.
7. Perform the washing, gas freeing and preparation of cargo/ballast tanks for entry, and the supervision of tank entries and tank work.
8. Auditing of all marine operations to ensure procedural compliance.
9. Participate the safety meetings, toolbox meetings, JHA and inspections are conducted in the Marine Department.
10. Update and implement the operational procedures and work instructions.
11. Coordinate marine related contractors and visitors to the facility.
12. To undertake other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.

Job Requirement

1. Certificate of Competency Class 3 and has served minimum as Deck Officer onboard Tanker/FPSO or FSO for at least 3 years.
2. Experience in the implementation of safety management systems.
3. Understanding of relevant legislative requirements with respect to overall operation of FSO.
4. Demonstrated competence in emergency response skills.
5. Demonstrated competence in operation of marine systems and offtake tanker berthing.
