MARINE TECHNICIAN

Job Description

1. Responsible as Lead Marine Technician’s assistant, with respect to the responsibility for the marine activities.
2. A team member of the Facility Emergency Response Team.
3. Participate in safety training drills, exercises and briefings.
4. Participate in the monthly Facility Safety Meetings.
5. Operate marine systems with minimal environmental impact and in compliance with legislation and the Management System.
6. Perform the activities of crude oil loading plans, including stability and stress/bending moment calculations.
7. Perform the washing, gas freeing and preparation of cargo/ballast tanks for entry, and the supervision of tank entries and tank work.
8. Auditing of all marine operations to ensure procedural compliance.
9. Participate the safety meetings, toolbox meetings, JHA and inspections are conducted in the Marine Department.
10. Update and implement the operational procedures and work instructions.
11. Coordinate marine related contractors and visitors to the facility.
12. To undertake other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.

Job Requirement

1. Certificate of Competency Class 3 and has served minimum as Deck Officer onboard Tanker/FPSO or FSO for at least 3 years.
2. Experience in the implementation of safety management systems.
3. Understanding of relevant legislative requirements with respect to overall operation of FSO.
4. Demonstrated competence in emergency response skills.
5. Demonstrated competence in operation of marine systems and offtake tanker berthing.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Description

1. Lead the implementation of the Company HSE-MS inclusive of effective management of PTW & MOC.
2. Lead the Maintenance team to high standards in operations, maintenance and HSE performance.
3. Responsible for maintenance and development of the associated procedures.
4. Owner of all field maintenance and intervention procedures.
5. Planning of corrective and routine maintenance for the field.
6. Compilation of operational and technical reports.
7. Daily liaison with the OIM and onshore support groups.
8. Providing first line reviews of installation change proposals.
9. Liaison with visiting regulatory officials.
10. Lead the implementation of technical and management initiatives.
11. Perform the role of deputy OIM in order to stand in as required to assist the coordination of shutdown programmes.
12. Ensure optimisation and efficiency of maintenance system in order to meet production targets taking into account maintenance and inspection requirements.
13. Ensure team awareness of plant status by using log books, toolbox talks, handovers etc
14. Ensure relevant work audits e.g. Permit to Work, etc, are completed
15. Ensure compliance to Company procedures and controls, including assurance activities
16. Ensure competence and appropriate training for all members of the maintenance team within the appropriate Company management procedures
17. To perform individual performance appraisals and assist in the development of appropriate competency training modules.

LEAD ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Job Description

1. Lead in performing a preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance work on Low voltage (LV) & High Voltage (HV) electrical system/associated equipment and all generating systems as per turnaround schedule, maintenance and operation requirements.
2. Acting as supervisor role in the switching operations on the installation LV& HV system including LV& HV generation as per PTW requirement.
3. Supervise and carry out planned maintenance programme, meeting statutory and vendor requirements, ensuring that all work is done accurately by utilizing CMMS for maintenance tasks and updates the system as necessary.
4. Lead in performing all electrical spare/replacement parts to ensure the availability of meeting electrical maintenance requirement.
5. Ensure all electrical supplies for life support and safety systems are in good working order.
6. Coordinate any other jobs as assigned to meet maintenance /operation requirements..
7. Provide recommendation for improvement at every troubleshooting, analyzing report, testing and re-programming of all micro-processor based electrical controls on LV and HV ancillary equipment to meet operation requirement.

LEAD INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN

Job Description

1. Lead the preventive and corrective maintenance on all field instrumentation and process control loops to ensure the integrity as per maintenance procedures.
2. Advise the best action in performing the functional and calibration checks of Fire & Gas and Alarm & Shutdown Systems/equipment to ensure operability and availability of installation safeguarding system.
3. Supervise the DCS and PLC hardware cards replacement and perform minor software configuration as per installation requirement.
4. Provide technical recommendation in action to perform the controller tuning to ensure the optimum control of process equipment as per installation operating procedure.
5. Assist supervisor in the diagnostic, rectification of faulty field instrument and prepare reports to ensure availability and reliability of equipment.

Job Description

1. Perform the preventive and corrective maintenance on all static equipment, and rotating equipment to ensure the integrity as per maintenance procedures.
2. Assist Senior Mechanical Technician in performing the overhaul maintenance on all rotating equipment to ensure the integrity as per maintenance procedures.
3. Perform the preparation of pre and post shutdown task list to ensure smooth operation of the installation.
4. Perform the trouble shooting of mechanical problem on all rotating equipment to ensure smooth operation of the installation.

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Job Description

1. Performing the duties of Production Technician, working within a rotating roster system.

2. Responsible for the operation of the process system under the direction of Lead Production Technician and/or the Production Supervisor.

3. Troubleshoot equipment and process problems, and restore normal operating conditions to ensure continuous operations.

4. Assist Lead Production Technician as an operation liaison, co-ordinate the production, maintenance and project activities to ensure smooth implementation.

5. Monitor and report stock inventory of chemicals, materials and consumables for production requirement.

6. Ensure HSE and operational performance targets within area of responsibility are achieved.
