INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN

Job Description

1. Perform the preventive and corrective maintenance on all field instrumentation and process control loops to ensure the integrity as per maintenance procedures.
2. Perform the functional and calibration checks of Fire & Gas and Alarm & Shutdown Systems/equipment to ensure operability and availability of installation safeguarding system.
3. Perform the DCS and PLC hardware cards replacement and perform minor software configuration as per installation requirement.
4. Perform the controller tuning to ensure the optimum control of process equipment as per installation operating procedure.
5. Assist supervisor in the diagnostic, rectification of faulty field instrument and prepare reports to ensure availability and reliability of equipment.
6. Perform the preparation of pre and post shutdown task lists to ensure smooth operations of installation.
7. Perform the troubleshooting of instrumentation and process control system problem and re-instate the system to ensure continuous operations of the installation.
8. Plan and manage stock inventory of materials and consumables for instrumentation requirement.
9. Initiate and close work request to meet Maintenance requirement.
10. Perform any other jobs as assigned to meet maintenance /operation requirement
11. Perform in an emergency role as defined by the Company Emergency Response Plan / Procedure Manual
12. To undertake other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.

Job Requirement

1. A recognized educational certificate or industry obtained certificate
2. Has attended company’s basic offshore safety training course.
3. Able to monitor workability of the control and automation of each system which linked to DCS.
4. 3 years’ experience in instrumentation system and operations activities in the oil and gas especially in FPSO/FSO facilities.

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Job Description

1. Perform a preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance work on Low voltage (LV) & High Voltage (HV) electrical system/associated equipment and all generating systems as per turnaround schedule, maintenance and operation requirements.
2. Assist supervisor in the switching operations on the installation LV& HV system including LV& HV generation as per PTW requirement.
3. Carry out planned maintenance programme, meeting statutory and vendor requirements, ensuring that all work is done accurately by utilizing CMMS for maintenance tasks and updates the system as necessary.
4. Perform all electrical spare/replacement parts to ensure the availability of meeting electrical maintenance requirement.
5. Ensure all electrical supplies for life support and safety systems are in good working order.
6. Perform any other jobs as assigned to meet maintenance /operation requirements..
7. Troubleshoot, analyse report, test and re-programme of all micro-processor based electrical controls on LV and HV ancillary equipment to meet operation requirement.
8. Perform in an emergency role as defined by the Company Emergency Response Plan / Procedure Manual.
9. Initiate and close work request to meet Maintenance requirement.
10. To undertake other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.

Job Requirement

1. The candidate shall possess in Chargeman AO certifications.
2. A recognized educational certificate or industry obtained certificate
3. Has attended company’s basic offshore safety training course.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Job Description

1. Lead the implementation of the Company HSE-MS inclusive of effective management of PTW & MOC.
2. Lead and manage the Topside Facility day to day fundamental operations of producing/processing hydrocarbon to meet the approved daily target and nomination.
3. Assist in leading all simulated emergency drills and exercises by continuous evaluation of procedures and response to meet high standard of readiness from Emergency Response Team.
4. Lead the execution and control of integrated and simultaneous shutdown activities to ensure the identified activities are performed efficiently, safely and shutdown duration target is achieved.
5. Analyze, optimize and report the performance of operations to identify key failure/success to enable quick fix/improvement being performed and subsequently permanent solution/improvement being proposed for further assessment.
6. Providing first line reviews of installation change proposals.
7. Ensure relevant audits e.g. Permit to Work, etc are completed and timely implementation of the HSE and work plan.
8. Ensure team awareness of FPSO status by using log books, toolbox talks, handovers, etc.
9. Ensure appropriate training for all members of the production team is in accordance with Company management procedures.
10. To perform individual performance appraisals and assist in the development of appropriate competency training modules.
11. Perform emergency response role as defined in the Company Emergency Response Plan and installation station bill.
12. To undertake other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.

Job Requirement

1. Supervisory and leadership abilities in oil & gas production environment.
2. Over 10 years oil & gas facility experience in a range of production, technical and Supervisory roles.
3. Able to lead production related activities and simultaneous operations.
4. Experience of working within Safety Case and Emergency Response Team with at least minimum of 3 years’ experience.
5. Able to communicate with all level.

Job Description

1. Perform the preventive and corrective maintenance on all static equipment, and rotating equipment to ensure the integrity as per maintenance procedures.
2. Assist Senior Mechanical Technician in performing the overhaul maintenance on all rotating equipment to ensure the integrity as per maintenance procedures.
3. Perform the preparation of pre and post shutdown task list to ensure smooth operation of the installation.
4. Perform the trouble shooting of mechanical problem on all rotating equipment to ensure smooth operation of the installation.
5. Carry out maintenance programmes through CMMS and update work performed and use the system in plan maintenance tasks and maintain records and logs.
6. Operate as part of an integrated team and undertake maintenance in order to minimise production disruptions
7. Assist other trades and disciplines as required within the limits and capabilities and experience to meet maintenance/operation requirements.
